Shipping

All orders ship from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
We use recyclable and compostable materials for our packaging. We may also reuse packaging from suppliers who have sent us raw materials. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging wherever possible.

We generally process orders within 48 hours and you will hear from us once it's away! 

Thank you for understanding that we work Monday to Friday, not weekends.

Australia Delivery - $9.95 standard flat rate 
FREE shipping on orders over $100

New Zealand Delivery - $14.95 AUD standard flat rate
FREE shipping on orders over $150

International Delivery - $24.95 AUD standard flat rate

Delivery is by via courier or Australia Post. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking ID so you can follow your order's journey to your door. Please be patient during busy times.

We do not take responsibility for packages that are lost, delayed or incorrectly addressed by the customer.

 

Incorrect Deliveries

Tribal Mine is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address due to customer error, or courier/post error. We are not liable for any costs to retrieve or resend your order, or for lost or irretrievable packages. However, if a package is lost, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the service to retrieve your package.

 

Local Charges

At times, international orders are subject to local charges and these are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These costs are not paid by Tribal Mine, rather they are paid by the recipient of the parcel. Tribal Mine is not responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor do we accept returns on the basis of incurred international charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further details.

 

Returns

We agree to reimburse, or exchange a product delivered to you that arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, or if it is not as described on our website. Our products are often handmade, not machined and therefore may carry marks and irregularities that reflect this. Irregularities are not deemed as defects.

Tribal Mine does not offer returns or exchange due to change of mind, or if ordered in error, or due to Local Charges, so please choose carefully.

If a product is faulty or damaged, the product must be returned to us. We undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount debited for the purchase and the initial postage costs.

To return your product, please notify us through our contact page. We will then email you within 48 hours with instructions to return your item.

Items returned to us MUST be assessed by us as in their original condition and packaging BEFORE a refund will be issued.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Tribal Mine collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit, or make a purchase from the Site.

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. Examples include your web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.

We do so to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on our Site. We may use cookies, log files, tags, or pixels. These details may be shared with our processor, Shopify. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support.

Examples of Personal Information collected include your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number.

We may use your Personal Information to offer products for sale, using an eMarketing platform; process payments, complete shipping and fulfilment of your order, and to keep you up to date on new products, services, and offers.
We share your Personal Information with Shopify (that powers our online store).
